Our Story.
Match it MD was started by our founder, a qualified nurse working in the business sales side of medical aesthetics. Often clients would come to her saying they could not find jobs, and then she would hear the same problem from her nurse friends. The idea behind Match It MD was to build a strong talent network with consisted of multi-level and skilled individuals with experience in the medical aesthetics sector in different positions and roles. With this network, we can develop, design, and then deliver bespoke and hybrid solutions for companies looking to hire qualified individuals.
In the relatively short time, we have been running our recruitment agency, our network, and our database have meant that we have had several big successes and are continuing to grow strong and lasting relationships with these professionals. The data we glean from working alongside them helps us always offer the most strategically sound advice to our employer clients as they manage their current team and look for new blood to fill available vacancies.
